House-passed Ukraine aid package saying, "My oath of office is to the U.S. Constitution, not to any foreign nation." Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell opposed Paul’s push and offered to have a vote on his language and Senator Lindsey Graham was exposed being a Biden supporter and yelled in opposition towards Senator Paul in Congress.
